Vista Ventures SDN. BHD. operates an internal Google Ads reporting and campaign monitoring tool using the Google Ads API. This tool is used exclusively for our own company's authorised Google Ads accounts and is not accessible to the public or to third-party clients.

The internal tool is supported by Make.com automation workflows that retrieve campaign performance data on a scheduled or authorised manual basis. Retrieved data is processed and stored in an internal database accessible only to authorised employees.

• Access to the Google Ads API tool, automation workflows, internal database, and reporting dashboard is restricted to authorised Vista Ventures SDN. BHD. employees only.
• The external advertising agency supporting campaign execution does not have direct access to the Google Ads API tool, internal database, or dashboard.
• Google Ads API credentials are managed through authorised company-controlled accounts and are not shared with third parties.
• Google Ads data retrieved via the API is used only for internal reporting, campaign oversight, budget planning, marketing analysis, and decision-making.
• All API usage complies with the Google Ads API Terms of Service, Developer Policies, and applicable data protection requirements.
